Unicycler

Unicycler is an assembly pipeline for bacterial genomes. The unicycler bundle packages version 0.5.0.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load unicycler
Unicycler can be run as shown below:

unicycler
The unicycler_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the unicycler bundle.

unicycler_shell
