IDBA

IDBA is the basic iterative de Bruijn graph assembler for second-generation sequencing reads. The idba bundle packages version 1.1.3.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load idba
The IDBA utilities can be run as shown below:

idba_hybrid
idba_tran
idba_tran_test
idba_ud
The idba_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the idba bundle.
