ABySS¶

ABySS is a de novo paired-end sequence assembler that is designed for short reads. The abyss bundle packages version 2.3.6.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load abyss`

The abyss command can be run as shown as below:

1 2	`abyss-pe abyss-fac`

The abyss_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the abyss bundle.

1	`abyss_shell`
