Prokka¶

Prokka is a software tool to annotate bacterial, archaeal and viral genomes. The prokka bundle packages version 1.14.6.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load prokka`

The Prokka utilities can be run as shown below:

prokka
prokka-cdd_to_hmm
prokka-hamap_to_hmm
prokka-abricate_to_fasta_db
prokka-clusters_to_hmm
prokka-biocyc_to_fasta_db
prokka-genbank_to_fasta_db
prokka-tigrfams_to_hmm
prokka-build_kingdom_dbs
prokka-genpept_to_fasta_db
prokka-uniprot_to_fasta_db

The prokka_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the prokka bundle.

1	`prokka_shell`
