Purge_Dups

Purge_Dups can be used to purge haplotigs and overlaps in an assembly based on read depth. The purgedups bundle packages version 1.2.6.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load purgedups
Purge_Dups can be run as shown below:

purge_dups
The purgedups_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the purgedups bundle.
