Jalview¶
Jalview can be used for multiple sequence alignment editing, visualisation and analysis. Jalview version 2.11.4.1 is packaged.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
In order to run Jalview, the jalview_shell command must be run first,
thereafter, run the jalview command.
