CheckV

CheckV is an automated pipeline for assessing the quality of single-contig viral genomes. The bundle packages version 1.0.3.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load checkv

The module makes the checkv command available. The checkv_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

Run pet list -t checkv for a list of examples.

CheckV should be run on a system with at least 8 GB of RAM and 8 threads.
