CheckV¶
CheckV is an automated pipeline for assessing the quality of single-contig viral genomes. The bundle packages version 1.0.3.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
The module makes the checkv command available. The checkv_shell command can
be used to access a shell in the bundle.
Run pet list -t checkv for a list of examples.
