PhyML

PhyML is a phylogeny software based on the maximum-likelihood principle. The phyml bundle packages version 3.3.20211231.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load phyml
The phyml command can be run as shown as below:

phyml
phyml-mpi
The phyml_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the phyml bundle.
