Hifiasm

Hifiasm is a fast haplotype-resolved de novo assembler for PacBio HiFi reads. The hifiasm bundle packages version 0.19.6.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load hifiasm
The Hifiasm utilities can be run as shown below:

hifiasm
The hifiasm_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the hifiasm bundle.

hifiasm_shell
