MEGAHIT

MEGAHIT is an NGS assembler. The megahit bundle packages version 1.2.9.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load megahit
The MEGAHIT utilities can be run as shown below:

megahit_core_no_hw_accel
megahit_core
megahit_core_popcnt
megahit_toolkit
The megahit_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the megahit bundle.
