DAS Tool¶
DAS Tool is an automated method that integrates the results of a flexible number of binning algorithms to calculate an optimized, non-redundant set of bins from a single assembly. The bundle packages version 1.1.7
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
The module makes the DAS_Tool command available. The dastool_shell command
can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
Run pet list -t dastool for a list of examples.
