Liftoff

Liftoff maps annotations in GFF or GTF between assemblies of the same, or closely related species. The bundle packages version 1.6.3.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load liftoff

The module makes the liftoff command available. The liftoff_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

Run pet list -t liftoff for a list of examples.

Liftoff should be run on a system with at least 64 GB of RAM and 8 threads. Recommendations taken from Insufficient memory and Does minimap2 support multi-threading?
