HISAT2

HISAT2 is an alignment program for mapping NGS reads against a reference genome. The hisat2 bundle packages version 2.2.1.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load hisat2
The HISAT2 utilities can be run as shown as below:

hisat2
hisat2-build
hisat2-inspect
The hisat2_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the hisat2 bundle.
