SimPlot++¶
Simplot++ produces publication-ready plots using 43 nucleotide and 20 amino acid distance models. Intergenic and intragenic recombination events can be identified using Phi, ?2, NSS and Proportion tests. The bundle packages version 1.3.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
Simplot++ can be run as shown below:
The simplotpp_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
