RagTag

RagTag is a set of tools for fast and flexible genome assembly, scaffolding, and improvement. The bundle packages version 2.1.0.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load ragtag

The RagTag commands can be run as shown below:

ragtag_break_query.py
ragtag_delta2paf.py
ragtag_patch.py
ragtag_scaffold.py
ragtag_stats.py
ragtag_agpcheck.py
ragtag_correct.py
ragtag_merge.py
ragtag.py

ragtag_create_links.py
ragtag_paf2delta.py
ragtag_rename.py
ragtag_splitasm.py

The ragtag_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
