TopHat

TopHat is a fast splice junction mapper for RNA-Seq reads. The tophat bundle packages version 2.1.1.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load tophat
The TopHat utilities can be run as shown below:

tophat2
tophat-fusion-post
tophat_reports
The tophat_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the tophat bundle.
