Gblocks¶

Gblocks eliminates poorly aligned positions and divergent regions of an alignment of DNA or protein sequences. The gblocks bundle packages version 0.91b.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load gblocks`

Gblocks can be run as shown below:

Gblocks

The gblocks_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the gblocks bundle.

1	`gblocks_shell`
