RepeatModeler

RepeatModeler is a de novo transposable element (TE) family identification and modeling package. The bundle packages version 2.0.7

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load repeatmodeler

The module makes the following commands available:

RepeatMasker.py
RepeatModeler
RepeatProteinMask
RepeatScout
BuildDatabase

The repeatmodeler_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

Run pet list -t repeatmodeler for a list of examples.

RepeatModeler should be run on a system with at least 64 GB of RAM and 16 threads.
