BUSCO

BUSCO can be used to assess genome assembly and annotation completeness. The busco bundle packages version 5.4.7.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load busco
BUSCO can be run as shown as below:

busco
The busco_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the busco bundle.

busco_shell
