Trinity

Trinity assembles transcript sequences from Illumina RNA-Seq data. The trinity bundle packages version 2.15.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load trinity
The Trinity command can be run as shown as below:

Trinity
The trinity_shell command can be run for a shell in the trinity bundle.

trinity_shell
