Salmon¶
Salmon is used to produce a highly accurate, transcript-level quantification estimates from RNA-seq data. The bundle packages version 1.10.3.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
The module makes the salmon command available. The salmon_shell command can
be used to access a shell in the bundle.
Run pet list -t salmon for a list of examples.
