PAL2NAL¶
PAL2NAL converts a multiple sequence alignment of proteins and the corresponding DNA (or mRNA) sequences into a codon alignment. The bundle packages version 14.1.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
The module makes the pal2nal.pl command. The pal2nal_shell command can be
used to access a shell in the bundle.
Run pet list -t pal2nal for a list of examples.
