Pilon¶
Pilon is a tool which can be used to: automatically improve draft assemblies, and find variation among strains. The bundle packages version 1.24.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
Pilon can be run as shown below:
The pilon_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
