StringTie

StringTie can be used for transcript assembly and quantification for RNA-Seq. The stringtie bundle packages version 2.2.1.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load stringtie
The stringtie command can be run as shown as below:

stringtie
The stringtie_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the stringtie bundle.

stringtie_shell
