HDF5 Tools¶

HDF5 Tools, a collection of tools to view and manipulate h5 files. The hdf5tools bundle packages the following software:

Usage example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

The tools can be run as shown below:

The hdf5tools_shell command can be used to access a shell in the hdf5tools bundle.
