GATE

GATE supports simulation of Emission Tomography, Optical Imaging, Radiotherapy experiments. Dose calculations in radiation therapy and brachytherapy can also be done. GATE version 10.0.1 is packaged.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load gate

GATE can be run as shown below:

The gate_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
