ASTER

ASTER is a family of optimization algorithms for species tree inference. The bundle packages version 1.23.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load aster

The module makes the following commands available:

astral
astral4
astral-hybrid
astral-pro
astral-pro3
caster-pair
caster-site
caster-site_branchlength
dstar
waster
waster_branchlength
wastral

The aster_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

Run pet list -t aster for a list of examples.
