PEAR - Paired-End reAd mergeR

PEAR is an ultrafast, memory-efficient and highly accurate pair-end read merger. The pear bundle packages version 0.9.6.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load pear
PEAR can be run as shown below:

pear
The pear_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the pear bundle.

pear_shell
