Picard¶

Picard is a set of tools for manipulating high-throughput sequencing (HTS) data and formats such as SAM/BAM/CRAM and VCF. The picard bundle packages version 3.1.0.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load picard`

Picard can be run as shown below:

picard

The picard_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the picard bundle.

1	`picard_shell`
