RepeatMasker¶
RepeatMasker screens DNA sequences for interspersed repeats and low complexity DNA sequences. The bundle packages version 4.1.7p1.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
The RepeatMasker commands can be run as shown below:
The repeatmasker_shell command can be run for a shell in the bundle.
