3D Slicer¶

3D Slicer is used for visualization, processing, segmentation, registration, and analysis of medical, biomedical, and other 3D images and meshes. The version packaged is 5.6.0.

Usage example¶

3D Slicer can be used by running the following command, executed in the terminal:

1	`module load slicer`

With the module loaded, 3D Slicer can be run as shown below:

Slicer

The slicer_shell can be used to obtain a shell in the slicer bundle.

1	`slicer_shell`
