LoFreq

LoFreq is a variant-caller for inferring SNVs and indels from next-generation sequencing data. The lofreq bundle packages version 2.1.5.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load lofreq
The LoFreq utilities can be run as shown as below:

lofreq
The lofreq_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the lofreq bundle.

lofreq_shell
