Krona Tools¶

Krona Tools is a set of scripts to create Krona charts from several Bioinformatics tools as well as from text and XML files. The krona bundle packages version 2.8.1.

Usage example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load krona`

The Krona Tools utilities can be run as shown below:

Run updateTaxonomy.sh and updateAccessions.sh prior to any other commands to setup the databases.

The krona_shell command can be used to access a shell in the krona bundle.
