antiSMASH - the antibiotics and Secondary Metabolite Analysis SHell

antiSMASH is able to identify the gene clusters encoding secondary metabolites. The module makes antiSMASH release 7.1.0 available.

Usage example

The following command should be run in the terminal to load the antiSMASH bundle:

module load antismash

antiSMASH can be run with the following command:

antismash

The antiSMASH environment can be accessed using the following command:

antismash_shell
