Trim Galore¶

Trim Galore is a wrapper around Cutadapt and FastQC to consistently apply adapter and quality trimming to FastQ files. The trimgalore bundle packages version 0.6.10.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load trimgalore`

The Trim Galore utilities can be run as shown below:

1	`trim_galore`

The trimgalore_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the trimgalore bundle.

1	`trimgalore_shell`
