Artemis¶

Artemis is a DNA sequence viewer and annotation tool that allows visualisation of sequence features and the results of analyses within the context of the sequence, and its six-frame translation. The artemis bundle packages version 18.2.0.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load artemis`

The Artemis utilities can be run as shown as below:

The artemis_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the artemis bundle.

1	`artemis_shell`
