BLUPF90

The BLUPF90 family of programs is a collection of software for mixed model computations in animal breeding. The version packaged is 20240516.

Usage example

The following command executed in the terminal is enough to load the bundle:

module load blupf

BLUPF90 can be run as shown below:

The blupf_shell command can be used to access a shell in the blupf bundle.
