SYNY

The SYNY pipeline investigates synteny between genomes. The bundle packages version 1.3.0.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load syny

The module makes the following commands available:

fasta_to_gbff.pl
gff3_to_gbff.pl
jgi_to_ncbi_gff.pl
orient_fastas_to_reference.py
run_syny.pl

The syny_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

Run pet list -t syny for a list of examples.

SYNY should be run on a system with at least 128 GB of RAM and 16 threads.
