Metview¶

Metview is an application designed to be a complete working environment for both the operational and research meteorologist. The metview bundle packages version 5.19.1.

UFS HPC Usage Example¶

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

1	`module load metview`

Metview can be run as shown as below:

metview

Several python IDEs and notebooks are also available.

spyder
ipython
jupyter-notebook
python

The metview_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the metview bundle.

1	`metview_shell`
