MaxBin

MaxBin is used for binning assembled metagenomic sequences based on an Expectation-Maximization algorithm. Version 2.2.7 of MaxBin2 is packaged.

Usage example

The following command loads the bundle:

module load maxbin

The run_MaxBin.pl and run_FragGeneScan.pl commands are made available. The maxbin_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

Run pet list -t maxbin for a list of examples.

Performance notes
