TreeTime

TreeTime can be used for ancestral sequence reconstruction and inference of molecular-clock phylogenies. The bundle packages version 0.11.4.

Usage example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load treetime

The module makes the treetime command available. The treetime_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.

Run pet list -t treetime for a list of examples.

TreeTime should be run on a system with at least 8 GB of RAM and 2 threads.
