ORF finder¶
ORF finder searches for open reading frames (ORFs) in DNA sequences. The program returns the range of each ORF, along with its protein translation. The bundle packages version 0.4.3.
Usage example¶
The following command executed in the terminal is enough to load the bundle:
ORF finder can be run as shown below:
The orffinder_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
