ARAGORN

ARAGORN is used to detect tRNA genes and tmRNA genes in nucleotide sequences. The aragorn bundle packages version 1.2.41.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load aragorn
The ARAGORN utilities can be run as shown below:

aragorn
The aragorn_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the aragorn bundle.

aragorn_shell
