CONCOCT

CONCOCT is used for unsupervised binning of metagenomic contigs by using nucleotide composition. The concoct bundle packages version 1.1.0.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load concoct
The CONCOCT utilities can be run as shown as below:

concoct
concoct_refine
concoct_coverage_table.py
The concoct_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the concoct bundle.
