Trans-ABySS¶
Trans-ABySS is a de novo RNAseq assembler using ABySS. The transabyss bundle packages version 2.0.1.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

The transabyss_shell command can be used to access a shell in the transabyss bundle.
