Muscle

Muscle is used to align multiple amino acid or nucleotide sequences. The muscle bundle packages version 5.1.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load muscle
The muscle command can be run as shown as below:

muscle
The muscle_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the muscle bundle.

muscle_shell
