FigTree

FigTree is a graphical viewer of phylogenetic trees. The figtree bundle packages version 1.4.4.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load figtree
FigTree can be run as shown below:

figtree
The figtree_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the figtree bundle.
