sickle

sickle is a windowed adaptive trimming tool for FASTQ files using quality. The sickle bundle packages version 1.33.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load sickle
sickle can be run as shown below:

sickle
The sickle_shell commmand can be used to access a shell in the sickle bundle.

sickle_shell
