IGV

The Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) is a tool for the visual exploration of genomic data. The igv bundle packages version 2.13.2.

UFS HPC Usage Example

The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:

module load igv
IGV can then be run as shown as below:

igv
The igv_shell command can be run for a shell in the igv bundle.

igv_shell
