TaxonKit¶
TaxonKit is a practical and efficient NCBI taxonomy toolkit. The bundle packages version 0.17.0.
Usage example¶
The following command can be executed in the terminal to load the bundle:
TaxonKit can be run as shown below:
The taxonkit_shell command can be used to access a shell in the bundle.
